- Saute chicken wings or chicken cubes until tender (approximate 12-15 minutes).
- In separate saucepan saute vegetables excluding water until vegetables are tender (approximately 10 minutes).
- Remove sauteed chicken and vegetables from saucepans and combine in pot mix well.
- Add in pot pepper and salt in pot mixture.
- Bring to water, chicken and vegetables to broil then reduced to lower heat.
- Simmer water, chicken and vegetables at low heat for approximate 55 minutes
Cauliflower can be used as a rice substitute. Rice not allowed in Paleo Diet but try a healthy vegetable substitue. Cauliflower is a vegetable closely related to broccoli but its florets tend to be white and are denser and more compact. Cauliflower can be eaten raw or cooked.
Boiling Preparation:
- Keep refrigerated and unwashed until ready to cook.
- Outer leaves should be removed.
- In core of cauliflower place deep X.
- 3 1/2 quarts of salted boiling water place whole cauliflower stem first.
- Cook for approximately 20 -25 minutes and remove cauliflower.

- Once cauliflower has cooled cut cauliflower to a rice-like consistency.

Organic Foods: It is recommended eating only organic foods. Organic foods are not grown with pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers or other toxic chemical harmful to your health. Recommended to eat organic as versus to conventional food but is it 100% practical? For raw food dieters totally eating only raw organic food may not suit their life-style. Therefore, for some their raw food diets maybe a mixture of organic and conventional. A raw food diet does not necessitate only organic foods a conventional foods can be used.
Organic foods are recommended for optimal health benefits.
Foods Containing Calcuim - Food Sources for Calcium
The Paleo Diet does not allow dairy products. Cow's milk is a rich source of calcium. Food source calcium alternatives to cow's milk. For strong bones and teeth calcium is a valuable mineral.
